All charges against Jevonte Mallory, 19, of Lodwick Drive Northwest, were dropped last August after he initially was charged with a Dec. 23, 2012, aggravated robbery.

A Trumbull County grand jury refused to indict him last January on the aggravated robbery, sending the case back to Warren Municipal Court on a misdemeanor charge of criminal damaging and endangering.

But the misdemeanor charge also was dismissed last August, according to Warren Municipal Court records.

The charges stemmed from a report from a 39-year-old Ogden Avenue Northwest man who reported being robbed at gunpoint.

The man said three unidentified black males smashed out all of the windows of his vehicle with a handgun and forced him out of the car. Police also charged a juvenile.

Mallory said he spent two months in the Trumbull County Jail awaiting trial in the case even though “I didn’t do anything at all.”

Mallory said he wants the record corrected because information about his arrest has harmed his reputation.
