Columbiana County Sheriff Raymond Stone is asking for assistance from the public in locating a missing child.

Brantley Carlson, an 18-month-old boy, is traveling in the company of his mother, Dailyn Humphreys of 13837 E. Liverpool Road.

Humphreys is a white female, 20 years old, weighing about 130 pounds with hazel-colored eyes and brown hair. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall.

The sheriff’s department says she is known to be traveling in a silver Pontiac Sunfire with the license plate FRP 9317.

Brantley is listed as a missing child out of Florida. A warrant for Humphreys is active for obstruction of an order of custody in Columbiana County.

The 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Pasco County, Fla., has issued an order that Brantley be turned over to his father.

Humphreys, along with family members here, has refused to obey the court order, and all attempts by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office to return Brantley to his father, according to a sheriff’s office press release.

Contact the sheriff’s office at 330-424-7255 if you have any information on Humphreys’ whereabouts.
