Man indicted in fatal September accident

YOUNGSTOWN

A Campbell man was indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury in connection with a September crash that killed a man.

Deone M. Cray, 20, of Monroe Street, was indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and a count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the Sept. 15 crash that killed Delouis Clark III, 31, of Youngstown.

Police said a car driven by Cray was eastbound on Indianola Avenue approaching Hunter Street when the car went out of control and hit a vacant building. Clark was a passenger in the car.

Cray and the others indicted Thursday will be arraigned Tuesday before Common Pleas Court Judge R. Scott Krichbaum.

Those indicted are:

Andrew D. McCourt, 26, Mock Road, Berlin Center and Stephanie McCourt, 24, Cleveland, superseding indictment, five counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and three counts of burglary.

Brandi Jo Pasco, 35, North Stark Avenue, Alliance, illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and possession of drugs.

Steven J. Direnzo, 19, Falls Avenue; Gregory Urbanek, 22, Wychwood Lane; and Christina Direnzo, 21, Carnegie Avenue: aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, felonious assault with a firearm specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm, trafficking in marijuana, possession of heroin and possession of dangerous drugs with forfeiture specifications and receiving stolen property.

Vincent R. Thomas, 26, Paulin Drive, Poland, violation of a protection order.

Dominique Thomas, 25, Kendis Circle, two counts of felonious assault.

Paul Esenwein, 47, Fairway Drive, Canfield, possession of heroin.

Michael Cole, 18, Glenwood Avenue, two counts of robbery.

Billy Woodburn, 46, Oyster Road, Alliance, two counts of possession of drugs.

Cameron Dyer, 27, Ohio Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

Robert Morris, 32, Mahoning Avenue, possession of drugs.

David White Jr., 27, aggravated burglary, two counts of felonious assault and two counts of kidnapping.

George Barrette, 30, Westchester Drive, Austintown, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications.

Bobby Joe Crockett, 27, Hudson Avenue, felonious assault.

Robert A. Manigault, 18, East Avondale Avenue, burglary and attempted burglary.

Nicole Lamb, 21, Gladstone Road, North Jackson and Nathan Sarver, 22, South Edgehill Avenue, direct presentment, theft, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.
