Mahoning Valley Red Cross to open warming center Monday in Liberty

LIBERTY — In anticipation of severe cold weather, the American Red Cross of the Mahoning Valley will open a warming center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at 3530 Belmont Ave., Suite 7, across from Walmart next to Home Savings.

The Red Cross will continue to monitor the need for overnight shelters, said Karen Conklin, executive director.
