Cleveland-area shop sells $1M Mega Millions ticket

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (AP) — The Ohio Lottery says a ticket sold at a convenience store in suburban Cleveland is worth $1 million in the latest drawing for the Mega Millions game.

The lottery says the ticket sold at Boulevard Convenient in Garfield Heights, south of Cleveland, matched five numbers in Tuesday’s drawing for the multistate game. The numbers played on the ticket were picked individually, not automatically.

No ticket matched all five numbers plus the Mega Ball for a jackpot estimated at $51 million. The top prize rises to an estimated $62 million for Friday’s drawing.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday drawing were eight, 23, 33, 45 and 52. The Mega Ball was four.
