Christian unity service planned at St. Patrick Church

YOUNGSTOWN

St. Patrick Church,. 1420 Oak Hill Ave., will mark the international ecumenical Week of Prayer for Christian Unity with a service at 6:30 p.m. today.

Participants will be the Rev. Ed Noga, pastor; Rose Carter, executive director of ACTION, Alliance for Congregational Transformation Influencing Our Neighbohoods, who will give the reflection; and the Rev. Matt Alspaugh, pastor of First Unitarian Universalist Church. Music will be provided by Sophia Brooks.

At 9 a.m. Wednesday, Terry Vickars will present “Common Faith, Call to Serve All God’s People” in the rectory at St. Patrick.
