The village of New Middletown’s annual financial reports are complete for 2013 and are available to view from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the municipal building, 10711 Main St.

Event for Teddy

STRUTHERS

A balloon release in memory of Teddy Foltz will take place Sunday. The event will mark the one-year anniversary of the 14-year-old’s death. The event begins at 2:30 p.m. and will take place at 28 Creed St., the former home of Teddy’s mother, Shain Widdersheim. Both Widdersheim and Zaryl Bush, her ex-boyfriend, pleaded guilty for their roles in his death.
