Mary G. Phillips of Austintown and Richard W. Cook of Canfield exchanged wedding vows Dec. 15 at the Chapel of the Bells in Las Vegas. The officiant was the Rev. William Marcus McFarland III.

The bride is the daughter of Lucy Ris of Champion and the late Joseph H. Phillips. The groom is the son of Richard W. Cook of Canfield and the late Helen J. Cook.

The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and live in Canfield.

Mrs. Cook retired as a forklift operator for Sears Holding-Kmart Distribution Center in Warren.

Mr. Cook earned an associate degree in business management from Youngstown State University. He retired as a mechanic from the General Electric Ohio Lamp Plant in Warren.
