Miss Rutkowski, Mr. DeLucia set summer rites

Brian and Cheryl Rutkowski of Niles are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Rutkowski, and Carmen DeLucia, both of Struthers.

His parents are Angelo and Giuseppina DeLucia of Boardman.

The Rose Garden at Mill Creek Park will be the setting of the 2 p.m. wedding July 18. A reception will follow at Avion on the Water in Canfield. Invitations will be extended for both.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in administration from Westminster College.

She is a fifth-grade math teacher at Springfield Schools in New Middletown.

Her fiancé is a carpenter for DeLucia Construction in Canfield.
