Free event will honor MLK day of service

YOUNGSTOWN

The YWCA of Youngstown, in partnership with Epsilon Mu Omega Chapter and Delta Delta Chapter, Youngstown affiliates of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., will present Money Matters: Creating Dollars with Sense in recognition of Martin Luther King Day of Service.

This free event will be from noon to 3 p.m. Jan. 19 at the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave.

Speakers will be Madonna Chism Pinkard, moderator and community relations/EEO director of WFMJ TV Inc.; Raeshaun Moore, senior financial consultant; and Diane Gardener, LPL financial adviser.

The workshop is designed to equip attendees with knowledge and skills to make better choices and build a solid foundation to achieve personal financial goals.

There will be a free lunch, door prizes and giveaways.
