Fed grand jury indicts 2 New Castle men on drug charges
NEW CASTLE, Pa. — A federal grand jury in Pittsburgh indicted two city residents on charges of violating federal narcotics laws.
The jury returned the six-count indictment last week against David Jonathan Stouffer, 36, and Robert Yakubik, 41, said U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton.
Hickton said that according to the indictment, the two conspired with others to distribute Oxycodone from 2011 to November 2012 in western Pennsylvania.
The indictment charged that Yakubik did distribute the drug in April, May, August and September.
The two could each receive up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine if convicted.
