Vivacquas mark 50th anniversary with their family

Barbara and Anthony Vivacqua of Boardman celebrated their 50th anniversary with a family dinner Aug. 17 at Caff Capri and a weekend with the family at Gervasi Winery in Canton. The events were hosted by their children and their spouses.
Their children are Renee Vivacqua, Anthony (Carmel) Vivacqua and Kevin Vivacqua, all of Boardman; and Jim (Kim) Vivacqua of Poland. They also have two grandchildren, Anthony and Nicholas.
The former Barbara Bartolma married Mr. Vivacqua on Aug. 17, 1963, at Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown.
The couple are members of St. Charles Church.
She worked in data entry for American Paper in Boardman, formerly known as American Church Envelope, and retired in 2002. She has been a member of the church environment committee for several years and is a member of the church bowling league.
Mr. Vivacqua was a driver and salesman for National Uniform in Youngstown and retired in 1999. He also was a member of the U.S. National Guard for eight years.
