Kelli R. Meigs of Dublin, Ohio, and Jeffrey L. Palmer II of Hilliard, Ohio, exchanged vows Aug. 10 at St. Rose Church. Monsignor John Zuraw and the Rev. Stephen Bulen, uncle of the bride, officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at Mahoning Country Club.

Sheryl and Gregory Meigs and Angela and Jeffrey Palmer, all of Girard, are the parents of the bride and groom.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple reside in Hilliard.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education at Ohio State University. She is studying at OSU for a degree as an education specialist. She is a mental-health consultant for Head Start in Columbus.

Her husband earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology from OSU and is a security officer for OSU Medical Center.

Alexa Harke was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Justine Palmer, the groom’s sister; Katie Meyer; Christina Donadio; Nathalie DeChellis; and Catherine Roth. The attendants wore turquoise-colored gowns.

Brother of the groom Ryan Palmer was best man. Groomsmen were David Meigs, the bride’s brother; Peter Jacobs; Richard Stamets; Casey Thompson; and Chad Hughes.
