Ciara Ciccolelli and Dr. Craig Candle, both of Poland, are announcing their engagement.

Parents of the bride-elect are Kimberly Ciccolelli of Poland and the late Robert Ciccolelli. Michael and Deborah Candle of New Middletown are the parents of the prospective groom.

St. Columba Cathedral will be the setting of the June 6 ceremony, and a reception will follow at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for both.

The future bride earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Youngstown State University, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner. She works as a registered nurse for St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Her fiancé earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from YSU and a master’s degree in public health from Kaplan University. He received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine and will begin an internal medicine residency in July.
