St. Helena Church was the setting for the Aug. 16 wedding of Brenna Kathryn Conway and David Paul Barton. The Rev. Eliseo Avendano officiated at the 4 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at Long Meadow Ranch and Winery.

Michael and Mary Beth Conway of Boardman are the parents of the bride. William D. and Roberta Barton of Calgary, Alberta, are the groom’s parents.

After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple reside in New York City.

The bride wore a silk white Spanish tulle gown with a portrait neckline and asymmetrical draped bodice. It was completed with an elongated torso and full skirt.

A cousin of the bride, Brianna Clougherty, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Maura Conway, the bride’s sister, and Maggie Mills. The attendants wore slate-colored dresses.

Christopher Barton, the groom’s brother, was best man. Groomsmen were Owen Langis, Bryce Anderson, Tyson Strachan, Travis Skladan and Curtis McElhinney.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree at Ohio State University and is associate manager of global production at Banana Republic, NYC.

Her husband also graduated from OSU and is vice president of alternative assets for the Royal Bank of Canada, NYC.
