SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR OCCHA Inc., the Hispanic American Civic and Cultural Organization, hosted its 41st annual Three Kings Celebration on Jan. 4 at the OCCHA Hall, 3660 Shirley Road, Youngstown. Free lunches and toys were given to 180 low-income children. The Epiphany is celebrated in Latin American countries on Jan. 6. Gifts are given to the children, symbolizing the gifts given to baby Jesus. The event is sponsored in part by the Latin American Motorcycle Association Youngstown Chapter and private donations.
