Two men rob South Side Family Dollar store

YOUNGSTOWN — Police reports say two masked men got away with cash from the safe of a South Side store about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Employees of the Family Dollar, 2708 Glenwood Ave., told police they were in the process of closing the store when two men dressed in all black with their faces covered came in and demanded money. One of the men had a handgun, reports said.

The employees were made to lie on the floor while the men took the money from the safe before running out of the store, reports said.
