City of Youngstown garbage collection on regular schedule

YOUNGSTOWN — Residential garbage collection within the city of Youngstown will not be affected by the subzero temperatures.

Ohio Valley Waste will follow its normal pickup schedule. Residents should place their garbage at the curb for their regularly scheduled collection date.
