Three accused of theft in Boardman
BOARDMAN — Two men and one woman were arrested Friday after a party store accused them of theft.
Robert Edward Hallas, 30, of Melbourne Avenue, Boardman, is charged with theft, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyler Pearce, 27, of Medina, Ohio, is charged with complicity to theft, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Erin Hallas, 31, of the same address as Robert, who police say is her husband, is charged with theft.
Party Max on Boardman-Poland Road accused the three of stealing $5 plates and $85 in other merchandise.
Police say they found a burnt spoon and six capped hypodermic needles inside the car the three were in.
All will appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 7.
