Blessing of waters service canceled

YOUNGSTOWN

The Eastern Orthodox Clergy Association of Mahoning Valley has canceled a Blessing of the Waters service planned for 3 p.m. today at Lake Glacier in Mill Creek MetroParks. The wind chill factor is expected to lower the temperature to 16 below this afternoon.

The service will be rescheduled.
