Josie and Michael Homsey of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Dana Homsey, and Mike Gierut, both of Columbus. The future groom’s parents are Carol and Ed Gierut of Chicago.

Invitations will be issued for a 2 p.m. July 26 wedding at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown, and a reception that will follow at the Lake Club in Poland.

The bride-elect earned a degree in finance from Ohio State University and is a financial analyst for IGS Energy in Dublin, Ohio.

Her fiancé earned a degree in finance from Indiana University and is a financial analyst for Cardinal Health in Dublin.
