Youngstown man faces drug charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Police found 24 pills and a digital scale on a man pulled over at Hazel and Wood streets about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday for failing to yield the right of way.

The car’s driver, Keith Black, 25, of Youngstown, told police he did not have a driver’s license, and a records check revealed that Black has a suspended license.

Also found during a search of Black was $431. He was taken to Mahoning County jail. He faces charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
