St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, 2053 North Road, Warren, is serving stuffed cabbage, potato pirogi and haluski dinners from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. The cost is $8. Christ the Good Shepherd at St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell, will sell potato, prune and kraut pirogi. The cost is $5 a dozen. Phone orders may be made beginning at 8 a.m. at 330-755-1316, and orders can be picked up starting at noon. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers. No walk-in orders will be available.

Holy Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will sell potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday and from 8 to 11 a.m. Friday at 330-755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. There is a limit of three dozen cabbage pirogi while supplies last. Orders may be picked up from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday. Containers will be provided.

Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown, will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod or fried haddock; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; bread and butter; and coffee or tea. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 330-792-1005.

Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato and potato with kraut pirogi for $6 a dozen. Orders should be placed from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday or 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday at 330-746-9528 and are to be picked up between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Friday. Hot lunches will be available at 11 a.m.

Lowellville Rod and Gun Club, 6225 Quarry Road, will serve fresh ocean perch, fries and coleslaw. The lunch special is $8 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and carryout will be available from 11:30 to 5 p.m. There will be no sales from 5 to 6 p.m. A sit-down dinner will be served from 6:30 to 9 p.m. or until sold out for a donation of $15.

St. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders will be taken at 330-747-3024 from 8 to 11 a.m. Pickup will be from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $6 per dozen. Pirogi lunches will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Walk-in orders are welcome.

SATURDAY

Austintown Fitch bands’ annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser will take place from noon to 7 p.m. at Fitch High School cafeteria, 4560 Falcon Drive. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for seniors citizens and students. Children 4 and under eat for free. The dinner includes meatball, salad, bread, dessert and beverage. The intermediate, middle and high school bands will perform during the dinner, and there also will be a 50-50 raffle and basket and bake sales. The event will help provide uniforms and instruments for the band members.

Boardman High School National Honor Society is sponsoring a spaghetti dinner from 2 to 4 p.m. at the high school, 7777 Glenwood Ave. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the door. Takeouts are available. Proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warriors Foundation. All veterans with proper identification will be admitted without charge.

Braceville United Methodist Church, 589 Park Road SW, will sell pork chop dinners from 4 to 6:30 p.m. or until sold out. Canfield Band Parents are sponsoring a pasta dinner and basket auction fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Canfield High School cafeteria, 100 Cardinal Drive. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children and are available for carryout. Students from the middle and high school bands will perform throughout the day.

Charity Lodge 530 F&AM will serve its seventh annual wild game dinner at Deerfield Town Hall, 1450 state Route 14. There will be two seatings of 200 each, the first from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and the second from 6 to 7:30. Austintown Middle School, 800 S. Raccoon Road, will be the location of a spaghetti dinner, basket auction and 50-50 raffle to benefit Larry Ortz, who will be undergoing a double lung transplant. St. James the Apostle Church, 4019 U.S. Route 422, Pulaski, Pa., will serve breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meal will consist of French toast, sweet cheese filling, buttermilk and buckwheat pancakes with a choice of maple syrup or strawberry topping. There also will be scrambled eggs; eggs with peppers, onions and cheese; home fries; bacon; sausage; ham; toast; cinnamon rolls; hot and cold cereals; and coffee, tea, juice and milk.

Sulmona Valley Club, 92 S. Bridge St., Struthers, will serve a cavatelli dinner from noon to 4 p.m. The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children. Carryouts are available.

Youngstown Christian School Eagle Athletic Booster Club will host its fifth annual spaghetti dinner from noon to 3 p.m. at Highway Tabernacle Church, 3000 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown. The cost is $7 each, and kids 6 and under will eat for free.

Youngstown VA Clinic Volunteers are sponsoring a spaghetti dinner and bake sale from noon to 5 p.m. at American Legion Post 737, 16465 Milton Ave., Lake Milton.
