Vets eat free Monday at Bob Evans


NEW ALBANY, OHIO

On Presidents’ Day, Monday, Bob Evans is honoring all veterans and active military personnel with free all-you-can-eat hotcakes at its restaurants. All they have to do is present a valid military I.D.

Bob Evans said that veterans are a large portion of its consumers, and according the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, 8 percent of residents in Bob Evans’ home state of Ohio are veterans.

“It is because of these brave men and women that we continue to enjoy the freedom our founding fathers fought for,” says Bob Evans Restaurants President Randy Hicks.

Guests must provide proof of service, which can include: U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, current leave and earnings statement, wearing uniform, or veterans organization card such as American Legion and VFW.
