Howland foundation receives $10,000

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Howland Community Stadium Foundation recently received $10,000 from Home Savings Charitable Foundation to support its Feel the P.U.L.S.E. campaign. The campaign funds will be used to renovate and modernize the Howland Community Stadium.
