Bird Feeder Workshop
When: Saturday, 1 p.m.
What: Make wooden bird feeder for your backyard.

Vermicompost and Compost
When: Tuesday, 6-8 p.m.
What: Meagan Tehua will share her extensive knowledge about how kitchen waste and worms can be useful in farms and gardens.
Where: Demonstration Kitchen, 822 Billingsgate Ave., at back of Iron Roots Urban Farm.

Orchid Clinic
When: Wednesday, and March 6, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
What: Dave Miller and Jackie Land will walk you through repotting your own orchid. Bring any problem orchids you may have, and they will help you get them back on track. Plus, receive an orchid to repot in class and take home.
Cost: $20; FFRG member, $15.

Backyard Fruit Production

What: In an interactive program with Eric Barrett, learn about the basics of producing good fruit in your backyard.
