Home Savings Charitable Foundation has donated $10,000 to the Howland Community Stadium Foundation to support its campaign to renovate and modernize the Howland Community Stadium.
Plans for the new facility, launched in September 2013, include a complete redesign and installation of turf field by ProGrass, new home seating, new lighting, electrical upgrade, expanded restroom facilities, expanded Hall of Fame, new ticket office and complete Americans With Disabilities access, said Howland Community Stadium Foundation president, Kevin Wyndham. Facing drug charges
CAMPBELL
Police stopped a Youngstown man driving an SUV with an expired registration Saturday afternoon, then found a large quantity of suspected marijuana in his vehicle.
In Campbell Municipal Court on Tuesday, Aundre T. London, 37, of North Garland Street, was charged with possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; and having expired plates, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
London will next appear in court at 9 a.m. July 18.
