Live music on television this week includes:

v Kelly Rowland: Today on “The View” (ABC)

v Toni Braxton and Babyface: Tonight on “Conan” (TBS)

v Ellie Goulding: Wednesday on “Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS)

v Band of Horses: Friday on “Ellen DeGeneres Show”

v Jennifer Nettles: Friday on “Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS)

“Pretty Little Liars” (8 p.m., ABC Family): For one special episode, “Pretty Little Liars” is plunged into the world of a 1940s black-and-white noir film, complete with period costumes. Why? Because a frazzled, pill-popping Spencer (Troian Bellisario) loses touch with her own reality and wakes up in a new/old one.

“Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show” (8 p.m., USA): Let’s hear it for the mutts! For the first time ever, the storied “Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show” is allowing mixed-breed canines to compete in a new agility event, which is fine with us because we like rooting for the underdog.

“Dads” (8 p.m., Fox): The good news is that tonight’s episode is the season finale. The bad news is that it’s an hour long.

“Olympics 2014” (8 p.m., NBC): Tonight’s events include figure skating; snowboarding; women’s freestyle skiing; and women’s ski jumping.

“New Girl” (9 p.m., Fox): The awesome Linda Cardellini guest stars as Jess’ sister.

“Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid” (9 p.m., PBS): This “American Experience” offers looks at the outlaws who inspired the classic 1969 movie.
