Commissioner speaks to Rotary

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR David Ditzler, right, Mahoning County Commissioner, was the guest speaker at the Jan. 27 meeting of Austintown Rotary Club. Mark Cole, left, Rotary president, presented him with a book for the Austintown Elementary School library. Ditzler spoke about how county funds are raised and allocated. He pointed out that 61 of Ohio’s 88 counties have taxes higher than Mahoning County.
