Traffic stop in Boardman results in fugitive's arrest
BOARDMAN — A traffic stop Friday by township police led to the arrest of a wanted fugitive.
Michelle Ann Ahmad, 47, of West Virginia is now in Mahoning County jail for a first-degree felony offense out of Polk County, Florida.
Ahmad was stopped for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign on Hillman Street.
Police discovered she had a warrant for a probation violation for battery and resisting.
Police also cited her for driving under suspension.
