SENIOR CITIZENS

60-Plus Club of St. Brendan Church will meet at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Maxwell Hall. Ann Smith will preside, and reports will be given by Dorothy Procick and Dorothy LoSasso. 1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Nicholas Great Hall on Fifth Street in Struthers. John Texter will preside. Cancellations must be made today by calling Sandy Redeske at 330-755-5192. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, and cards and bingo will be played. Illnesses or deaths should be reported to Pat Bozichovich at 330-755-7552. Dues of $5 for 2014 will be collected in February and March.

AARP Chapter 4339 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Austintown Senior Center on Westchester Drive. Cindy Mitchell from Salem Community Hospital will do blood pressure screenings. The board will meet at noon. Dues for 2014 will be collected. Members should take national and local membership cards. Refreshments will be served. If Austintown schools are closed because of the weather, the meeting will be canceled.

Golden Pillars’ monthly meeting on Tuesday has been canceled.

J.C. Penney Retirees will meet at 12:30 Tuesday at Denny’s in Boardman.

Saxon Retirees will meet at noon Thursday at the club annex on Meridian Road, Austintown, for a luncheon of soup and sandwiches and a meeting. There will be a $10 fee for cancellations after Wednesday. For reservations or cancellations call 330-792-3332 or 330-792-3120.
