“The Tonight Show” (11:34 P.M., NBC): After a 22-year run in which he typically dominated the late-night ratings, Jay Leno says farewell to the “Tonight Show” (again). His final guest was also his first — Billy Crystal. On Feb. 17, Jimmy Fallon takes over as host.
