Niles man who posed as Santa gets 20 years for child pornography

A 65-year-old Niles man who looks like Santa Claus and sometimes told children he was Santa Claus has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for possessing videos of an Austintown rape and other sexually oriented videos.

William F. Brock Sr., 65, of Mason Street pleaded guilty today to 35 child pornography charges.

His girlfriend, Connie Ramirez, 43, of Meridian Road in Austintown was sentenced to 25 years in prison in September for raping two children and having sexually explicit images of them with a dog on a cellphone.

State investigators found the images connected to Ramirez while conducting a raid at Brock’s house.
