Weather closes Area Agency on Aging

The Area Agency on Aging 11, which covers Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties, is closed today because of the inclement weather. The AAA11 was operating under a 2-hour delay.

Normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Consumers should contact their provider for information about in-home services today. For Aging and Disability resources, call 2-1-1, which is a 24-hour information and referral line. If consumers are facing a health or safety issue, call 911, said Lisa Solley, AAA11 spokeswoman.

Agency employees should check the weather information phone line for more information, Solley said.
