Villa Maria seeks participants for farm program

VILLA MARIA, Pa.

The Villa Farm is taking applications for its Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Also known as subscription farming, a CSA program consists of individual members who pledge support to a farm, where the farmers and members share the risks and benefits of food production.

Having a farm share allows members to participate in an 18-week growing season, typically starting mid-June and running through mid-October. During this time, members receive naturally grown produce, culinary herbs and fruit, and/or fresh cut flowers.
