Library fine bargain

LEETONIA

Leetonia Community Public Library is announcing a special program for children ages 5 to 18 to reduce and eliminate library fines.

During February and March, for every 30 minutes a student reads age-appropriate materials in the library, $1 will be credited to his or her fine.
