Garbage pickup in Youngstown unaffected by heavy snow

YOUNGSTOWN — Residential garbage collection in the city of Youngstown will not be affected by winter weather conditions.

Ohio Valley Waste will follow its normal pickup schedule today through Friday. City residents should place their garbage at the curb for their regularly scheduled collection date.
