Niles sets parking ban

A parking ban is in effect in all public roads in the city starting at 4 p.m. today and continuing until further notice, the Niles director of emergency management says.

All vehicles must be removed from the roadway before 4 p.m. or they may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.
