Police seized small amounts of drugs and paraphernalia during a series of traffic stops Sunday.

About 5:45 p.m. an officer pulled over a car at Elm Road and Gypsy Lane for running a stop sign. The officer earlier had seen the car pull into the drive of a suspected drug house in the 100 block of Roslyn Avenue on the North Side.

Inside the car, the officer found two crack pipes and a rock of suspected crack cocaine, reports said. The driver, Adam Hudek, 24, of Vienna, was taken to the Mahoning County jail on charges of possession of drugs/cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A short while later on the East Side, a car driven by Shawn B. McGee, 43, was pulled over for weaving on the road, and McGee was given a field sobriety test, which she failed. When she was searched, police found two bags of suspected marijuana. She was taken to jail on charges of DUI and possession of drugs/marijuana.

At 2:38 p.m., an officer pulled over a car at Hubbard Road and Albert Street for making an improper turn and searched the car because of a strong smell of suspected marijuana coming from inside. The officer found a crack pipe in the driver’s side door, reports said.

The driver, Ronald Small, 50, of Hubbard, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and making an improper turn. A passenger, Courtnie Mascarella, 28, of Youngstown, was cited for possession of dangerous drugs after she told police she had a pill in her pocket.

Earlier Sunday, a Boardman woman, Lisa Eaton, 42, was arrested for disorderly conduct after she was kicked out of a bar on West Federal Street for being too drunk and tried to get back inside. When she was taken to the jail, corrections officers found a pill in her purse, and she faces an additional charge of possession of drugs.
