Club will sponsor event at WinterScan

The Greater Youngstown Monitoring Assoc. Scanner Club will sponsor a scanner-a-thon at its WinterScan at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The event will take place at 6 p.m. at Boardman United Methodist Church, 6809 Market St.

Take scanners to display and a side dish, salad or dessert to share.

Members will be on the 146.745 W8QLY repeater. Anyone interested in scanner monitoring or the amateur radio hobby are invited to attend.
