Wine taste event planned at Julia’s

Julia’s Bed and Breakfast, 6219 W. Liberty St., will have the second installment of its monthly wine taste series from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 22.

A portion of the proceeds will support the American Cancer Society’s local programs.

French wines will be discussed and sampled. The regions that will follow are Italian, Australian and South American. Each region’s wines will be coupled with appetizers and finger foods from that area.

The cost of each part of the series is $20 per person. Also, attendees can participate in a basket auction. Contact Julia’s at 330-534-1342 for donation or ticket information. Tickets are purchased by reservation only.
