Hands on program for kids at library

Kids in kindergarten through second grade can get their Hands On at the Salem Public Library, 821 E. State St., at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month.

This month the program will be on Jan. 12 and will take place in the Children’s Department. The theme is “Frozen,” and kids can create crafts, play games and experiment with ice and snow science.

All supplies will be provided at this free program, but registration is required beginning Tuesday.
