Ragan reappointed to MetroParks board; Schulick replaces Macejko

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County Probate Judge Robert N. Rusu Jr. has made two appointments to the five-person Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District Board of Commissioners.

The appointments are necessary because the terms of Commissioner John Ragan and Commissioner Jay Macejko expire Wednesday.

Ragan, of Canfield, is being re-appointed to the position he has held since 2010 and Scott R. Schulick of Youngstown is being added to the Board, replacing Macejko.

Both appointments are for three-year terms that begin Thursday and run through the end of 2017, the judge announced this morning.
