Library trustee is honored

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Leetonia Mayor Artie Altomare presented a certificate of appreciation to Charlene Hall, who is retiring from the Leetonia Community Public Library Board of Trustees after serving 28 years. He praised her commitment to the library at the Dec. 16 trustees meeting.
