Man with gun reported at Shops at Boardman Park

BOARDMAN — Township police are on scene at the Shops at Boardman Park after a man reportedly pointed a gun at people at the shopping center, a dispatcher at the Boardman Police Department said.

Police got the call at about 3:15 p.m.

No other information about the incident or the suspect was immediately available.

Major retailers in the Shops at Boardman Park including Barnes & Nobles, Target and Kohl's are all still open. Managers from those stores are unsure of what exactly is happening at the shops, but they will remain open.

Old Navy and Bath Body works will also remain open.
