Sewing guild makes stockings for area needy

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild recently made 95 Christmas stockings. Members made $692 from the guild’s holiday baskets program to fill the stockings and donated them to Someplace Safe, the Salvation Army and the Warren Family Mission. Filling the stockings, sitting from left, are Jennie Roberts, Jodi Clark, Carol Lewis and Lenore Antonelli. In back are Karen Bandy, Virginia Hardman and Sylvia Rainey.
