Youngstown marchers protest shootings of unarmed black men

YOUNGSTOWN — More than 125 people marched through downtown Youngstown today to protest deaths of unarmed black males at the hands of police.

Chanting “No justice, No peace” and “Hands up, don’t shoot,” the marchers wound their way from the Nathaniel Jones federal bankruptcy court on Commerce Street to the Mahoning Courthouse, where several people spoke to the crowd.

They decried the deaths and also urged people to make changes peacefully to vote.
