Hubbard man pleads guilty to child-porn charges

WARREN — Eric W. Filicky, 26, of Scott Street in Hubbard, pleaded guilty today in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to 15 child-pornography charges called pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Judge Peter Kontos could sentence Filicky to up to eight years in prison on each count after the county’s Adult Probation Department conducts a pre-sentence investigation.

Hubbard police said Filicky downloaded videos and pictures of children under 16 from the Internet onto his computer from October 2013 until this summer, when he was arrested.
