Fed grand jury indicts Youngstown man for failing to register as sex offender

CLEVELAND — A federal grand jury here recently indicted a 38-year-old Youngstown man on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender, the U.S. Attorney said.

Anthony Rivera-Santana allegedly failed to register between May 1, 2013, and Dec. 3, 2014, after crossing state lines.

The case was investigated by U.S. marshals and is being prosecuted by David M. Toepfer, a Youngstown-based assistant U.S, attorney.
