Myriah Moorhead and Evan Kegel were married Nov. 1 at St. Dominic Church. The Rev. Gregory Maturi officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony.

A reception followed at Pittsburgh Athletic Association.

Her parents are Jeffrey and Michelle Moorhead of Boardman, and his parents are William and Celeste Kegel of Pittsburgh.

The bride wore an ivory silk art deco-style gown with a lace mantilla and headpiece.

The bride’s cousin, Lauren Malizia, was maid of honor. Nieces of the bride, Maribelle, Gracelynn, Luciana and Emarie Moorhead, were flower girls.

The attendants wore ivory and gold dresses.

Brothers of the groom, Dr. Nathan Kegel and Joel Kegel, shared the duties of best man.

Mrs. Moorhead-Kegel earned a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.

She works as a human resources director for Nordstrom in Pittsburgh.

Her husband earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and works as an analyst for Dick’s Corporate Store Support Center in Pittsburgh.

After a wedding trip to Montreal, Calif., the couple reside in Sewickley, Pa.
